Seth Tutlis
Seth is a partner at Hillhouse Growth Partners where he focuses on partnering with exceptional management teams to build extraordinary services companies.
He brings 25 years of experience across both the private and public investment industry, corporate finance, business strategy, and leadership.
Prior to founding Hillhouse, he served in senior investment roles and investment committee positions at various private investment firms where he was involved in more than $4 billion of invested capital. Seth served as CEO of a multi-site clinical healthcare services business, which was acquired by a publicly traded health care system. He co-founded a registered investment advisor (RIA), and has held more than a dozen board of director positions in various industries.
Seth holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, a BS in Finance and Management from Sacred Heart University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Andrew Brown
Andrew Brown has been an investor in lower middle market companies for the past 25 years. He is the founder of Walnut Place Capital and previously was a Managing Director and Investment Committee Member at Beekman Investment Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm based in New York.
Prior to joining Beekman, Mr. Brown was a private credit investor in lower middle market companies at GE Capital and Patriot Capital Funding, Inc. Mr. Brown started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Brown holds an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS from Lehigh University.
